High-Impact Advertising for Gripped Hounslow

After crafting the new brand identity for Gripped Hounslow, JWJ Design was challenged to create a bold, adrenaline-fuelled advertising campaign – one that would work on motorways, train stations and buses across West London.

Gripped isn’t for the faint-hearted. Every activity is designed to push limits, fuel excitement, and deliver an unforgettable rush. Our campaign had to capture that thrill while clearly showcasing the high-adrenaline experiences on offer.

With the site still under heavy construction, traditional photography wasn’t an option. Instead, we took a conceptual approach – focusing on raw human emotion. We honed in on the sheer exhilaration and anticipation that comes with taking the plunge, soaring through the air, or tackling extreme heights.

The result – a striking, high-energy campaign featuring bold visuals of people mid-adventure, paired with short, punchy copy that demanded attention. Designed to cut through London’s grey streets, this campaign brought the thrill of Gripped to life, before the park had even opened its doors.
